  • With four years of curriculum testing behind us, the Daily Mindfulness Lab will teach you how to improve your ability to think accurately and respond more flexibly to life’s difficulties.

  • The Daily Mindfulness Lab is a research-informed, measurement-based, mental health education that combines the science, theory, and processes of mindfulness, psychological flexibility, and compassion. 

  • Learn how to make sense of emotions and protect yourself from thoughts that keep you stuck in patterns that lead to self-limiting life plateaus

  • For 9 weeks and only 20/30 minutes a day, you will have access to tools and techniques to better help understand yourself and make your thoughts more workable. 

How It Works

The Daily Mindfulness Lab's approach to care is clinically proven to help people see change, faster.

  • Apply for the program by completing an application and consultation call

  • Once accepted, you commit to a daily practice of studying and applying the curriculum over nine weeks

  • We recommend at minimum spending 20-30 minutes each day studying the Daily Mindfulness curriculum.

  • Daily Mindfulness Journal prompts to facilitate practice 

  • Results/Change Measurements to assess growth

  • 60-minute weekly check-ins with the instructor

  • Weekly audio and video lessons to stimulate self-reflection

  • Curriculum paired with theory, readings, and reflection

The Daily Mindfulness Lab is for men who are ready to take the next step to become mentally and emotionally fit. To become more capable of addressing the internal battles and find useful strategies for the struggles they face. 

Most mindfulness practices don’t stick because they lack deliberate, research-tested practices that incorporate useful feedback, wellness measures, and the specialized knowledge of a wellness educator and psychotherapist. 

The Daily Mindfulness Lab will help you learn how to behave mindfully and build a rock-solid foundation to improve how you see yourself, and others, and how to let go of the things that don’t matter. You’ll learn to deconstruct unworkable patterns and habits, and establish a new way of thinking and doing.
