FAQs

I'm a busy human. How much time and effort is required?

On average, you’d be committing to listening to three 15-minute audio casts per week in the Daily Mindfulness Lab learning management system. Participating in three mindfulness meditations per week. And we encourage spending a total of 15 minutes per day completing the structured prompts in the Daily Mindfulness Journal exclusively designed for this program.

This might sound like a lot of time. In fact, on aggregate though, the total amount of time you’re being asked to commit to, will be less than 3% of your awake time for the duration of the program. Please consider that your well-worn mental and emotional patterns are costing you far more than 3% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity. Consider how much more than 3% of time and productivity this ten-weeks investment will save you in the years to come.

I'm new to mindfulness, does that matter?

Whether you consider yourself a seasoned mindfulness practitioner, or a newbie, this work can be tailored for you and where you are at in your personal journey. Regardless of where you feel you are, the true benefit of working with someone trained and specialized is a more accurate read on yourself.

Who will lead me in the Daily Mindfulness Lab?

How do I know the Daily Mindfulness Lab is right for me?

We find it all starts with having a willingness to change, and a commitment to grow in some way that is important to you. Over the years we’ve seen a few common themes from our participants: willingness to question personal biases, willingness to practice concepts in the Lab, willingness to reflect and apply the work in day-to-day life. If you like studying, inquiring, and learning, this is likely going to be a good fit for you.
