About & Background
“Doubt your bias, not your potential.”
A personal note from Todd:
In 2019, I faced a profound and life-threatening injury that had a lasting impact on my memory. Unlike the typical amnesia portrayed in stories, my memory problems weren’t defined by memory loss or an inability to recognize familiar faces and places. Having confronted death, I found myself struggling to remember what truly mattered as I reintegrated into the fast-paced currents of modern society.
Despite the challenges of readjustment, what I have become certain of is my conviction in supporting men who, like me, seek guidance in navigating life's difficult transitions and healing from relational wounds without succumbing to emotional numbness. I am reminded of the wise words of Claude Anshan Thomas, "Healing is not the absence of suffering. It is about being present to our own lives and embracing our suffering as a catalyst for transformation." Suffering then, in its unique way, is a primary catalyst for personal growth and re-invention. It is an invitation to wake up to the good life, a mindful life.
To any man yearning to reconcile emotional wounds, enhance mental fitness, and strengthen their emotional preparedness for life’s many breakdowns, I extend an invitation to join me at the Daily Mindfulness Lab. This is the work that I desperately needed when I didn't know where to turn. Together, we can embark on a transformative journey towards healing and rediscover the significance that life holds.

With gratitude,
More than ever, we get caught up in what we "should" be doing, and end up going through the motions of our daily lives, seeking more instead of looking inward to achieve our deepest desires.
My professional experience, combined with my personal experience, has allowed me to develop practical, highly-effective tools and coaching techniques.
Experience deeper, more meaningful relationships with the people who matter most to you
Recognize what is not within your control, to focus your energy on what you can control
Let go of the unwritten "rules" that you believe are necessary for success
Become less attached to the perceptions of others
Harness your thoughts to work for you, rather than be a running loop of distress in your mind
Develop a healthier self-concept not defined by one outcome
Prioritize openness, flexibility, and curiosity over fixating on unimportant thought
