Mindfulness

Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) measures mindfulness. FFMQ scoring: 1 indicates low mindfulness. 5 indicates high mindfulness. The Daily Mindfulness Lab curriculum shows statistical significance in enhancing mindfulness.

Depression

Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) measures depression levels on a scale of 0-27. At the beginning of the intervention, mean depression scores were at nine, indicating mild to moderate depressive sxs. After the intervention, scores decreased to three, reflecting mild to nominal depressive sxs. These changes demonstrate a clinically significant reduction in depression levels.

Compassion

Self-Compassion Scale measures self-compassion. SCS scoring: 1 indicates low compassion. 5 indicates high compassion. The Daily Mindfulness Lab curriculum shows statistical significance in enhancing self-compassion.

Flexibility

CompACT measures Psychological Flexibility: 1 indicates low Psych Flex. 7 indicates high Psych Flex. The Daily Mindfulness Lab curriculum shows statistical significance in enhancing Psychological Flexibility.

Anxiety

Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item (GAD-7) measurement scale measures anxiety on a scale of 0-21. At the beginning of the intervention, mean anxiety scores were at 12 indicating moderate anxiety levels. After the intervention, scores decreased to 5, indicating mild anxiety. These changes demonstrate a clinically significant reduction in anxiety levels.
